The Dream
Growing up from childhood, I've always wanted to be a medical professional; I was probably influenced by my constant exposure to the hospital environment because my dad was an opthalmic.
Now I'm being trained to be health worker; but my childhood dream just doesn't seems to have been fulfilled. My interest keeps swaying to other fields such as journalism, business, Arts etc.
So I've come to realize one thing; the dream is not in what we become, but in the joy and satisfaction that come with who we become. You could make all the money you can and still sleep with a troubled heart. You can earn all the decrees you can in life and still not feel accomplished; but one thing I'm certain would not fail to reward you with happiness is personal satisfaction; the ability to accept and appreciate what comes your way, and striving to make things work in whatever situation.
So the ultimate and most important of the dreams you could ever make is the dream of self-satisfaction: accepting that events in your life are surely working out for your good.
